Quality Policy
THE O.L.P.A. S.A. has obtained a Certificate and applies a Quality Management System according to the standard according to ISO 9001:2015 for the management and operation of the port which includes administrative services, operation and management of the port's real estate, handling of berthing ships, management of cargo handling including solid bulk cargo, waste management, maintenance of equipment, maintenance of the logistical infrastructure, development of the port's services and logistical infrastructure.
It has also obtained certification and implements an Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the Standard according to ISO 14001:2015.
The two certifications were carried out in accordance with the Inspection and Certification Procedure by “BUREAU VERITAS“, which is one of the most renowned bodies in the field of shipping and ports and prove the commitment of the Patras Port Authority S.A. to provide a high level of reliable services to users and those who deal with it.
